Welcome to my “About Me” section. I’m guessing you're on this page because you want to find out a little more about me… So, HI!! I'm Jami, and I'm a photographer. I am constantly people-watching and observing life—it’s one of my greatest passions. Another passion of mine is photographing moments. Big moments, little moments, themed moments; I do it all. But mainly, I love to catch on digital media the moments you’ll want to look back on and make keepsakes of those memories you’ll forever be happy you took the time to make. For me, it’s all about capturing real-life emotions. I won’t tell you to stand there and smile. Instead, I have an eye for catching the natural beauty in those moments of life we want to hang onto forever. I photograph the most authentic shot of you interacting with your loved ones-- the r-e-a-l you, the candid you, the you you’ll want to look back on.

My love for photography came when my son was born, and, being a new mom, I fell in love with capturing him in all elements. At first, photography was just a fun hobby—a means to express myself in a way words alone could not. Years later, when my twins were born, that’s when my hobby became a way of life. At first, I primarily did shoots of families and babies, which I still do from time-to-time. (Psst: Message me if you’re interested in a family shoot!) It wasn’t long, though, before I ventured into wedding photography. --> What can I say? I l-o-v-e love! I love the raw emotions of weddings. I love catching all the perfect moments of someone’s perfect day. In fact, don’t be surprised if you catch me smiling and crying right along with the bride, groom, and wedding guests. For me, catching all the tiny moments of your Big Day is just as important as getting the first kiss. And, doing that the right way takes that extra little bit of humanity that I’m known for bringing to my shoots.

When I’m not behind the lens, I’m out here in the world--living my best life! First and foremost, I am the wife of an amazing man, CJ. He goes along with my off-the-wall ideas and is always ready to roll with the punches. I’m also the mom of Ally, Alec, Reign, and Clark, four of the best kids anyone could ask for! So, let’s do this!
